  • Incomplete Report: If the VIN report you receive is incomplete or missing crucial information that you were promised.
  • Technical Errors: If technical errors on our platform prevented you from accessing or downloading the purchased report.
  • Incorrect Information: If the VIN report contains incorrect or outdated information that significantly affects the accuracy of the report.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Incorrect VIN Submission: If you entered an incorrect VIN number when placing your order.
  • Change of Mind: If you no longer need the VIN report after purchasing it.
  • Service Usage: If the report has been successfully generated and accessed, refunds will generally not be provided unless there is a legitimate issue with the report.
  • Third-Party Data: As we rely on third-party data sources, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of every report. Minor discrepancies or missing data do not qualify for a refund.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number, the VIN number, and a detailed description of the issue.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

4. Refund Process

  • If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund may take 7 to 14 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
  • If your refund is denied, we will provide an explanation along with any options for addressing your concerns.
